Shri. K. Venkatesh, is the Minister for Animal Husbandry and Sericulture, Government of Karnataka. He is a Cabinet Minister representing Periyapatna assembly constituency from Mysore district. He was inducted into the Cabinet on 27th May 2023 as Animal Husbandry and Sericulture minister. Shri. K. Venkatesh has born in Kittur, Periyapatna, Mysore district. He is soft spoken and a senior political leader. He has won six times from the constituency. His political career started with the presidentship of taluk board. He has also served as the Chairman of Bangalore Development Authority.
