Women's/Girls Grievance Redressal Cell

The College has a committee for redressal of grievances to provide a safe and secure environment for the women faculty, staff, and girl students, enhancing understanding of issues related to women.

With the aim of creating awareness about their rights and duties, the cell organizes and participates in seminars, talks, and addresses women’s issues and problems. It also provides a platform for women to share their experiences and views regarding their status in society and to suggest possible ways to improve and empower themselves. Aiming at the intellectual and social upliftment of women, the cell facilitates women’s empowerment through guest lectures, seminars, awareness programs, life-skill training programs, and welfare activities.

The above Committee is responsible for redressing grievances, atrocities, sexual harassment, and any insecurity caused to the girl students/women of the college and institute. The Committee oversees the maintenance of a safe and congenial atmosphere on campus and disposes of any petition or allegation from the girls/women of the campus.
