VETERINARY CLINICAL COMPLEX

The Department of   Veterinary Clinical Complex (VCC) at Veterinary College Hassan welcomes livestock owners, pet owners, police officials with squad dogs and horses for treatment of their animals. The VCC consists of a Large and Small Animal Medicine unit, Surgery unit, Gynaecology  unit, Diagnostic unit and  Artificial Insemination unit. The faculty is involved as resource persons in training the farmers and Veterinary officers of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services.

The hospital is well equipped with diagnostic facilities such as large and small animal ultrasonography, endoscopy, x-ray facility and haemoto-biochemical analyzers. Further, infrastructure, viz, small and large animal inpatient facility, isolation unit, infectious and non-infectious wards, intensive care units, ambulatory service for large animals for sick and ailing animals , seminar hall, etc is available.
