Other Achievements

Working and studying on Alternative system of medicines especially with reference to Veterinary Homeopathy. As Veterinary Officer in the Department of AH & VS from 1999 to 2012, the use of homeopathy medicines against various ailments in animals was found to be beneficial  and as on today regular consultancy services are being rendered to field veterinarians as and when approached.  Further in order to promote the same, a Training Program on “ALTERNATE SYSTEM OF MEDICINE WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO VETERINARY HOMEOPATHY” was organized  in Veterinary College, Hebbal, Bengaluru, along with Karnataka Veterinary Council and Charitable Society for Holistic Veterinary Medicine to field veterinarians.  A total of 100 field veterinarians have been benefited by this training and the feedback received from them is overwhelming due to its better results, lesser treatment  cost  and decreased antimicrobial resistance as antimicrobial drug usages is being minimized  and thus its impact on public health as well. Therefore every effort is being envisaged to promote the use of homeopathy medicines for various ailments in animals.
