Fields(s) of specialization
  • Veterinary Pathology
  • I have extensive experience in performing postmortem examinations on domestic and wild animals, as well as birds. My expertise covers a wide range of areas, including gross pathology, histopathology, cytopathology, immunohistochemistry, clinical pathology, serum biochemistry, hematology, serology, and parasitology. I am skilled in the microscopic analysis of blood, fecal, and skin scraping samples to identify the causative agents of diseases in animals and birds. In addition, I am proficient in detecting infectious agents such as viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi through molecular techniques like PCR. My work also includes conducting serum analysis for foot and mouth disease virus antigens and antibodies, as well as analyzing pesticide, antibiotic, and mycotoxin residues in animal milk, poultry meat, and eggs using GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS. Furthermore, I have experience in estimating formalin residues in veterinary vaccines through GC-MS/MS.
