10 Years of Under Graduate teaching, besides research and extension activities. The major research area on developing nutraceutical foods on Guduchi-Pomegranate whey based beverage. Attended various national and international seminars for paper presentation. Delivered talk on importance of milk in diet for overall health and value added Indian products at village levels, as part of Rural Dairy Work Experience programme organized by college.
