- Dr. Mahesh Kumar G. is authority on MILK POWDER PLANTS, has more 15 years experience in Design, Fabrication, Installation and commissioning of many Spray dryers and Evaporators.
- He has been rendering design consultancy services to Karnataka Milk Federation, IFAB Ltd. and to many other corporate world.
- He possesses decades of rich experience in design of Milk, Honey, Fruit and Food Processing plants.
- Teaching Dairy and Food Engineering subjects since 1998. Organized many national conferences, seminar and training programs.
- Life Member of AFSTI, IDA, IDEA, Indian Coconut Society, Secretary of AFSTI-BC and EC member of IDEA
- Serving as External and expert committee member for ICAR and many universities.
Current areas of Research:
Development of innovative food processing concepts and process. He has developed Technology and Equipment: “SUB-BARIC THERMAL PROCESSOR” for manufacture of Fried and soaked dairy products, This novel process is the first of its kind in the Global Dairy Industry. He has developed economical cooling module for cooling of raw milk in rural areas as an alternative technology (patent awaited).
