- She has worked as Assistant Professor at Dairy Science College, Kalburgi from 2012-2014 and presently working at Dairy Science College, Bengaluru involved in teaching for Under graduate, Post graduate and Ph.D students.
- Involved in Research project activities and guided many post-graduate and Ph.D students as a member of Advisory Committee and major advisor for three students. Involved in several extension activities in demonstration programmes and interactions with dairy farmers as a resource person.
- She has organised several training programmes in the Department for KMF and Milk District Union technical staff.
- She has served as NSS Programme Officer of the Dairy Science College for four years from 2018 to 2022.
