Utilization of by-products and functional ingredients in the development of value added dairy products and Paneer & paneer based spreads.

Presently working as Assistant professor in the department of Dairy technology undertaking UG and PG courses. Also engaged in various Extention activities and Projects. Have published more than ten research articles , scientific abstracts in National and International journals. Reciepient of Best paper presentation Award, Best poster presentation Award and Best Scientist Award. Gold Medal awarded for Doctoral research work. Have completed Lead auditor course in ISO-22000. Further enthusiastic in developing innovative product based on minor millets and dairy byproducts.

Doctoral Research work:
Technological intervention for utilizing Nutricereal and Whey Protein Concentrate in developing Ready-to-eat food.
